Thank you Australia!
It’s done,
The final Show of the Australian leg of The Kartika World tour has been played and we prepare to blast on to Japan in less than a week!
On Friday 20 March The Eternal joined The Darker Half and Destend for an evening at The Sando in Newtown, Sydney. It was great to see all our local fans come out to have a beer and singalong as we played the final set of our Oz Tour. Despite the soaring temperatures in the Sando’s band room, we played an energetic set to an enthusiastic crowd which was a great end to the tour. Thanks to everyone at the gig but most importantly, the other bands, Metal Dave, Ben, Sabine, Jets, Sam, Whitey, Peter the Greek, Teddy bear conditioner guy, and the lovely merch girl.
After the show the boys explored the bright lights of Newtown and Kings Cross spending time meeting the locals and chasing cars in the thick of it all. The Airport was a bit of a struggle for all on the way home but we all made it back in one piece ready to do it again next week in Tokyo.
The Australian Tour has been a lot of fun and we will be back to see all of you some day soon. All of the awesome people in Adelaide, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Geelong and Sydney that helped us have made our last month an great one. Make sure you all keep in touch and follow the tour and blog as we take Kartika to the world.
